Konarakam -seriously chilled beans

You would be right in assuming that with all this travel, Mum and I have not had much sleep. You would also be right in assuming that the Darshans and extreme dehydration had taken its toll on us.

Now was the time to chill the fuck out. We had seen God, said hello, given him/her/them some very humble offerings, and now Mum had booked us into a 5-star hotel in the Kerela backwaters.

Now, as my mates know, my family is not the richest of fams. However, every once in a while you have to spoil yourself. And what better place for mother-son bonding than at the Lake Song. Seriously, this place was the boom-ting. the grounds were looped by a canal, populated by fish you could actually go hunting for and the kitchen would cook em when you brought them in. Pictures speak much louder than words...

After a night in Lake Song, we spent a day and night on a house boat. Again, totally chilled. We had freshly caught fish and freshwater lobster. Again, pictures as this experience really cant be related in words. And I can't really be arsed at the moment to write that much.
